 Senior Accountant responsible for leading core accounting functions, ensuring the accuracy and integrity of financial records, and supporting the monthly and year-end close processes. This role owns key areas of the general ledger and performs advanced accounting analysis while reviewing and approving work prepared by accounting staff. The position combines hands-on general ledger responsibility, cost accounting exposure, and operational accounting oversight, including customer programs, fixed assets, reconciliations, and transactional accounting processes. The Senior Accountant operates with a high degree of independence and judgment, ensuring compliance with GAAP and company policies while driving process improvements and supporting management reporting. 

Requirements

· Strong knowledge of GAAP and general ledger accounting 

· Advanced Excel Skills

· ERP system experience (Microsoft D365 preferred) 

· Strong analytical, problem-solving, and reconciliation skills 

· Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines 

· Strong communication and collaboration skills 

· High attention to detail and accuracy

  · Power BI and D365

· Ability to work   cooperatively and collaboratively with all levels of employees to maximize   Performance, creativity, problem solving and results

· Excellent analytical, communication, and organizational skills

· Multi-tasking and coordinating   projects with changing priorities

· Working knowledge of   Windows based operating system 

· Ability to communicate   and motivate clearly and effectively with internal and external contacts via   in-person meetings, telephone, and written communication

· People management and   ability to make effective business decisions in the best interest of the   Company

· Strong Analytical skills

· Strong Presentation   skills

· Ability to travel less   than 10%

· Office Products Industry   a plus
