Summary Job Description:The Senior Accountant ensures the financial health and regulatory compliance of the organization. Reporting to the Controller, this role oversees daily accounting operations, such as treasury management, monthly financial reporting, internal control maintenance, and audit workpaper prep. This position bridges programmatic needs and financial realities, empowering leadership to make mission-driven decisions.
This position offers a full-time, 35-hour-per-week, hybrid work schedule and is based in Little Flower’s Wading River office. The role may require occasional travel to New York City and throughout Long Island. From time to time, this position may requires work outside of normally scheduled working hours.

Principle ResponsibilitiesRequired Qualifications and ExperienceTravel RequirementsThis position offers a full-time, hybrid schedule and is based in Wading River, NY and may require travel to Wading River and New York City, and other locations when needed.
