Location: This is an onsite role based at Nextiva’s Scottsdale headquarters (9451 E. Via de Ventura, Scottsdale, AZ 85256). Working together onsite strengthens how we operate, enabling faster decisions, clearer communication, and stronger execution, so you can make a greater impact and move work forward with speed and clarity.
In-Office Expectation: This role is expected to work onsite four days per week. Specific scheduling and flexibility will be guided by your leader to support both team collaboration and individual productivity.

As a Procurement Coordinator, you’ll play a hands-on role in helping our teams source, evaluate, and manage the tools and services that keep our business running efficiently.
This is an early-career opportunity designed for someone who is curious, adaptable, and motivated to learn procurement in a fast-moving, collaborative environment.
What You’ll Do
- Support sourcing and procurement of software, services, and business tools
- Partner with internal teams to understand needs and guide purchasing decisions
- Assist in vendor negotiations with a focus on cost savings and value
- Help manage RFQs/RFPs and vendor selection processes
- Track procurement activities, follow-ups, and timelines to keep work moving
- Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and vendors
- Ensure alignment with internal procurement processes and financial guidelines
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Finance, Legal, and IT
- Use AI tools to support vendor research, summarize contracts, compare bids, and streamline documentation and reporting
What You Bring
- 1+ year experience in procurement, supply chain, or related field
- Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline (or equivalent experience)
- Familiarity with procure-to-pay processes (Oracle or similar systems a plus)
- Strong Excel and general business tools proficiency
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
- A proactive, adaptable mindset with a willingness to learn
- Experience using AI tools to support research, analysis, or workflow efficiency
- Ability to leverage AI for contract review, summarization, or vendor benchmarking
- Curiosity about how AI can improve procurement processes and decision-making
