This is a great opportunity for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, and ready to build hands-on experience in purchasing, vendor coordination, and production support.
What You’ll Do
As a Procurement Agent, you’ll help keep our purchasing and production operations moving by ensuring the right materials and services are available when needed.
- Identify and communicate with potential vendors to obtain bids and quotations.
- Assist with evaluating bids, selecting vendors, and identifying cost-saving opportunities.
- Support vendors with purchasing and procurement systems.
- Execute purchases and issue purchase orders as directed.
- Maintain accurate records of purchases, contracts, and payments.
- Work closely with internal teams to meet purchasing needs and deadlines.
- Support compliance with company policies and applicable industry requirements.
- Plan and manage semi-finished goods production.
- Process consumption and complete released production orders.
- Coordinate and stage first articles for production.
What We’re Looking For
- 0–2 years of purchasing, procurement, supply chain, or related experience.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred; high school diploma or equivalent required.
- Strong analytical and decision-making skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to prioritize responsibilities and meet deadlines.
- Dependable, accountable, and comfortable working in a team environment.
- Willingness to learn and grow within a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
