The OPS role provides education and process guidance to operating room staff and surgeons surrounding the organ recovery process. OPS’s are responsible for the packaging, labeling, and care of organs post-recovery.  Drawing on multiple backgrounds like surgical technology, emergency services, and paramedicine, the OPS is pivotal in coordinating, facilitating, and managing the organ recovery process.   Here at Donor Alliance, we’re committed to cultivating a workforce as dynamic and diverse as the community we serve.
