Title: Plant Controller                    Location: Columbus, IN Position Type: Full TimeCompensation Pay Range:$175,000 Per YearDescription Join our team in a dynamic manufacturing environment in Columbus, IN. This full-time role involves managing accounting processes, financial reporting, and overseeing treasury functions. The position requires proficiency in general accounting software and project management tools.Key Responsibilities Manage the general ledger and lead monthly financial close processes. Oversee job-cost accounting and work-in-process revenue recognition. Prepare lender and sponsor reporting packages and ensure covenant compliance. Oversee cash management and coordinate tax compliance with external advisors. Evaluate and implement a manufacturing ERP system, ensuring data integrity.Qualifications 10 years of progressive accounting experience in relevant industries, with at least 3 years as a Controller or Assistant Controller. Expertise in job-cost accounting and work-in-process revenue recognition. Experience with lender reporting and annual audits. Proven track record of managing a tight monthly close process.
