As a Junior Finance Controller, you'll have the opportunity to partner with our smaller key accounts and support financial operations in Arla's newest office. If you are eager to learn, excel, and thrive in a dynamic environment, this opportunity is perfect for you.

Role and Responsibilities:

As a Junior Finance Controller, you will play a crucial role in our finance team, reporting to the Finance Director for Netherlands, France, and Belgium. Your responsibilities will include:

• Business partnering for smaller key accounts.
• Supporting month-end closing and forecasting activities.
• Actively participating in monthly review meetings.
• Ensuring accurate and transparent balance sheet management.
• Tracking customer marketing and trade spend.
• Delivering financial insights for various accounts.
• Setting up reporting for new channels and improving reporting for existing channels.
• Becoming a superuser within revenue management tools.
• Providing ad-hoc support to the Sales Finance Manager and sales teams.

Who We Are Looking For:

We seek a strong candidate with a proactive, can-do attitude and an eagerness to learn and excel in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate should:

• Hold a master’s degree.
• Have 0-2 years of working experience, with potential sales finance experience.
• Demonstrate solid analytical skills.
• Be a team player who is friendly and outgoing.
• Be excellent in Excel and preferably have experience with SAP.
• Speak and write English effortlessly.
