Je werkt samen met de directeur en het managementteam in een politiek-bestuurlijke omgeving en bent vooral verbonden aan medewerkers van de afdeling Bedrijfsvoering.
De afdeling Bedrijfsvoering ondersteunt de organisatie op HR, financiën, communicatie, informatievoorziening, facilitair en organisatieontwikkeling, zodat vakinhoudelijke collega’s hun werk optimaal kunnen uitvoeren.
Je adviseert over en ontwikkelt financieel en bedrijfseconomisch beleid op bestuurlijk- en organisatieniveau en helpt het managementteam met realistische prognoses door kritische vragen en een scherp toetsingskader.

Functie-eisen
- Je hebt minimaal 5 jaar aantoonbare werkervaring in een financiële rol binnen de publieke sector
- Je beschikt over een afgeronde economische opleiding op minimaal hbo-bachelor niveau
- Je hebt aantoonbare kennis van BBV (Besluit begroting en verantwoording)
- Je hebt aantoonbare kennis van AFAS
Functie-wensen
- Je hebt minimaal 5 jaar aantoonbare werkervaring als business controller of in een direct vergelijkbare functie binnen de publieke sector
- Je hebt een afgeronde economische opleiding op minimaal wo-bachelor niveau
