Pay Range:

$33.05 - $49.60

Performs complex planning and analysis functions; organizes implements and manages physician compensation plans and projects following guidelines established by Leadership; designs, develops and utilizes financial monitoring tools; performs quantitative analysis; provides decision and guidance particularly in interpretation of trends and variance analysis; and performs other related duties as assigned.  Leads consultations with PSAs and Service Line leaders to design tools to heighten physician engagement and compensation transparency.  Leads team within the Physician Compensation Department to accomplish above goals.
