The Compensation Analyst supports the design, analysis, and administration of the company's compensation programs to help ensure competitive, internally equitable, and well-documented pay practices. This role is responsible for market pricing, survey administration, compensation reporting, and analytical support for the annual compensation cycle. The Compensation Analyst partners with the Senior Compensation Specialist and People & Culture Managers to maintain accurate data, support pay decisions, and improve compensation processes.Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or related field, or equivalent experience.
- CCP or similar certification preferred.
- 2+ years of experience in compensation, HR analytics, finance, or total rewards.
- Strong understanding of compensation structures, market pricing, and pay equity concepts.
- Experience supporting annual compensation review cycles is preferred.
- Experience in a multi-state or global organization is a plus.
- Familiarity with job architecture, leveling frameworks, and salary survey tools.
- Proficiency in compensation survey platforms and HRIS systems.
- Advanced Excel and data analysis skills required.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain data clearly to managers and leaders.
