Apply today and take the first step to Destination: Progress.As a payroll tax reporting specialist in our Payroll Tax Accounting team, you'll serve as a key resource for payroll tax compliance, leveraging your expertise to research, analyze, and resolve complex payroll tax issues. You'll independently complete and reconcile complex payroll tax filings, including Forms W-2, W-2C, and applicable federal, state, and local payroll tax returns, while investigating and correcting tax withholding discrepancies. In this role, you'll maintain payroll tax system and PeopleSoft tax tables, create General Ledger entries to accurately record EFT tax payments, and partner with internal and external customers, tax authorities, and vendors to provide exceptional service and guidance on payroll tax matters. You'll also support year-end reporting activities, participate in payroll tax projects, monitor payroll tax regulatory changes for business impact, and help ensure ongoing compliance with payroll tax requirements.This is a hybrid role requiring 2 days per week in the office in Mayfield Village, OH (300 N.
