Position at JBS USAJob Title: Payroll SpecialistLocation: Green Bay, WIReporting to: Human Resource Manager Essential Job Functions:
- Run daily and weekly payroll reports
- Perform daily payroll time sheet edits and handle other payroll-related duties
- File and maintain payroll records
- Reconcile daily and weekly production, inventory and sales data.
- Investigate and resolve payroll issues related timekeeping.
- Perform other duties as required
- Previous payroll/timekeeping experience required
- Accounting background preferred
- Experience in meat or food processing industry preferred but not required.
- Strong skills in Microsoft Office Suite, namely Excel
- Experience with SAP and Kronos preferred but not required
- Strong Time Management – ability to meet deadlines, multitask as needed and maintain attention to detail.
- Analytic or inquisitive mind – drive to learn more and develop subject matter mastery
- Must be able to work flexible hours, including some Saturdays
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to collaborate closely with other departments
