Purpose:
To provide clerical support to the Payroll Department and Sunrise administrative offices with all daily Payroll related matters.
Qualifications:
- Must successfully complete the required pre-employment Background and Drug Screenings
- Must possess a High School Diploma (Associate’s degree in Finance preferred)
- Must possess at least one year of general Payroll experience
- Must possess strong computer skills
Essential Functions:
- Acts as liaison between operations and NHQ in regards to all Payroll related issues and concerns
- Organizes and maintains employee payroll records as required by company procedures
- Processes and balances payroll batches in the Time Management System, to ensure accuracy
- Maintains listing and filing system of all stale checks
- Responsible for sending out correspondence to terminated employees and maintain back up documentation and filing system
- Processes reissuing of checks when necessary
- Responsible for maintaining listing of active garnishments
- Responsible for responding to local state agencies regarding garnishments
- Performs all other duties as assigned

Compensation and benefits estimated range: the pay range represents the base hourly rate or salary that the company in good faith believes it will pay for this position at the time of posting. Final compensation is determined by factors including geographic location, skills, education and relevant experience.
