Description

DNV is seeking a Payroll Specialist. As a Payroll Specialist, you’ll play an important role in our GSS HR payroll team, making sure payroll processes run smoothly and accurately across North America. Your keen attention to detail will be essential as you review payroll records, spot inconsistencies, and confirm all transactions are completed correctly and on schedule. By verifying information carefully, you’ll help prevent mistakes and keep our payroll operations reliable.

Your expertise in analysis and payroll will support compliance and help us continually improve how we manage payroll. In this role, you will collaborate closely with various departments, including HR and Finance, to streamline payroll operations and resolve any discrepancies that may arise. The ability to manage multiple tasks with precision and deliver accurate results on time will be key to your success in this position. You will also have the opportunity to contribute to the continuous improvement of payroll policies and procedures, ensuring that they align with the latest regulations and best practices.

This position will be located at our office in Houston, TX - Hybrid Model (3 days in office/2 days remote)
