CDD de remplacement pour congé maternité – 07/09/2026 au 05/02/2027.
Dans le cadre d'un remplacement pour congé maternité, nous recherchons un(e) Payroll Specialist pour rejoindre notre département People Operations.
Rattaché(e) à la Head of Payroll, vous contribuez à la gestion et à la fiabilité des processus Paie du Groupe. Au sein d'une équipe à taille humaine composée de deux Payroll Specialists et d'une Head of Payroll, vous intervenez sur l'ensemble du cycle de paie et participez à la qualité et à la conformité des opérations.
Principales missions :
- Prendre en charge la gestion d'un portefeuille d'environ 320 paies dans un environnement multi-entités et international.
- Réaliser la paie de A à Z en garantissant la fiabilité des traitements, le respect des échéances et la conformité avec la réglementation sociale en vigueur.
- Produire et contrôler les DSN mensuelles et les déclarations sociales associées.
- Gérer les événements liés à la vie du collaborateur ayant un impact sur la paie.
- Effectuer les contrôles de fin de paie, analyser les écarts et anomalies identifiés et mettre en œuvre les actions correctives nécessaires.
- Être l'interlocuteur privilégié des partenaires et prestataires paie, et contribuer à la qualité des processus et des données.
- Collaborer étroitement avec les équipes HR et HRIS, notamment dans le cadre de l'utilisation et de l'optimisation de Workday.
- Participer aux contrôles de conformité, audits et projets d'amélioration continue de l'activité Paie.
Profil recherché :
- Vous justifiez d'au moins 5ans d'expérience en gestion de la paie, avec une solide maîtrise des processus de paie internalisés.
- Vous êtes à l'aise sur l'ensemble du cycle paie.
- Rigoureux(se) et méthodique, vous disposez d'un excellent sens du détail et d'une forte capacité d'analyse.
- Vous savez identifier, investiguer et résoudre les anomalies de paie avec autonomie et discernement.
- Vous êtes reconnu(e) pour votre fiabilité, votre discrétion et votre capacité à traiter des données sensibles avec le plus haut niveau de confidentialité.
- Vous appréciez les environnements collaboratifs et saurez vous intégrer au sein d'une équipe paie expérimentée, stable et performante.
- La connaissance de Workday et/ou ADP Décidium constitue un véritable atout.
- Vous disposez d'un niveau d'anglais vous permettant d'évoluer dans un environnement international.
