New Vehicle Inventory and Dealer Trade Accounting Specialist

Capitol Auto Group is looking for a New Vehicle Inventory and Dealer Trade Accounting Specialist to join our team!

The New Vehicle Inventory Accounting Specialist is responsible for maintaining accurate records and organization of the dealership’s new vehicle inventory. This position coordinates the receipt, location, and status of new vehicles and ensures inventory information is accurate and up to date.

The Dealer Trade Accounting Specialist is responsible for coordinating and processing dealer trade transactions to ensure vehicles are accurately transferred between dealerships and properly documented. This position works closely with Sales, Inventory, Accounting, Title, and other dealership personnel to facilitate timely and accurate dealer trades.

Qualifications:

• Previous accounting experience at an automotive dealership
• Vehicle inventory experience preferred
• Experience with Tekion DMS preferred
• Critical thinker and effective in time management
• Extremely high level of attention to detail
• Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills
• A positive attitude, exceptional work ethic, and a willingness to learn
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
