What We Need Corpay is currently looking to hire a Long Term Housing Billing Specialist within our ALE Solutions division. This position falls under our Lodging line of business and can be located in IL, GA, TN and KY. In this role, you will perform accounting functions of the company. You will report directly to the LTH Billing Supervisor. How We Work As a Long Term Housing Billing Specialist, Corpay will set you up for success by providing:

Role Responsibilities The responsibilities of the role will include:

Analyzing long-term housing placements for accurate monthly billing, refundable deposits and any other fees to be incurred Entering all revenue fees into the Microsoft D365 accounting system Entering long-term housing invoices into the Microsoft D365 accounting system Processing monthly invoices on the 15th of each month for monthly insurance companies Obtaining appropriate invoice numbers for extension invoices Reviewing and processing extension invoices into the Microsoft D365 accounting system Processing additional requests for invoice billing Acting as back-up for all billing requests Performing other duties as assigned

Qualifications & Skills

High school diploma or equivalent preferred 2+ years of job related experience preferred Previous insurance billing experience is a strong plus Experience with high-volume invoicing and tight monthly deadlines Strong skills in managing rolling billing cycles, tracking extensions, and handling security deposits Computer proficiency in Microsoft Office Excel, Word, and Outlook ACT program experience a plus Microsoft D365 experience a plus Excellent verbal & written communication skills, be very organized, have strong problem-solving skills, ability to multi task, self start, and be a team player Attention to detail and accuracy are critical skills for this position Exhibits strong business acumen and sound judgement Able to establish and maintain healthy working relationships among team members in the course of work Ability to assist coworkers with tasks

Pay Transparency The expected salary range for this position is $21-$22, based on the candidate’s work location. This range reflects a good faith estimate of the expected compensation for this role at the time of posting.
