As an HR & Payroll Specialist (Polish Payroll) , you will be responsible for: Preparing payroll lists, following polish payroll calendar Calculating salaries Preparing PIT reports and settlement documents for ZUS Updating and maintaining procedures and documentation related to the payroll process in accordance with instructions Participating in interesting payroll-related projects Skills and experience we are looking for: At least 2–3 years of experience in polish payroll-related position Very good knowledge of polish payroll regulations Advanced English skills (spoken and written) Excellent knowledge of MS Office (especially MS Excel) Familiarity with Płatnik software Ability to think analytically and work in a team Knowledge of SAP will be an additional asset We offer: Possibility to work from home Private medical care in LuxMed Access to MyBenefit platform (including MultiSport card) Group life insurance Interesting career development opportunities within company Language courses bailout At Strada, our values guide everything we do: Anticipate Customer Needs – We stay ahead of trends so our customers can grow and succeed.
