Financial Planning & Analysis Finance Manager

Job Summary:
Support FP&A and finance transformation projects by managing financial reporting, testing financial models, and supporting SAP integration and business transformation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and analyze financial reports, budgets, forecasts, and P&L data.
• Perform budget vs. actual/forecast variance analysis.
• Support SAP reporting and transition from legacy systems.
• Prepare leadership presentations and financial summaries.
• Partner with Finance, Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Supply Chain teams.
• Track project milestones, KPIs, and deliverables.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• 5–7 years of FP&A/planning/reporting experience.
• Strong Excel and SAP skills.
• Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
• CPG/manufacturing experience preferred.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
