We are seeking a highly motivated, organized, and results-driven Finance Assistant to join our growing dealership team. This individual will work closely with the Finance Director and Finance Managers to ensure a seamless customer experience while supporting the daily operations of the Finance Department.

Responsibilities

• Assist Finance Managers with daily deal processing and contract preparation.
• Ensure all deal paperwork is accurate, complete, and compliant.
• Coordinate with lenders to secure financing approvals and funding.
• Verify customer information and required documentation.
• Monitor deal funding and contract-in-transit schedules.
• Maintain compliance with dealership, manufacturer, state, and federal regulations.
• Work closely with Sales Managers and Sales Consultants to facilitate timely deliveries.
• Provide exceptional customer service throughout the purchase process.

Qualifications

• Automotive dealership experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
• Professional appearance and demeanor.
• Proficiency with dealership management systems and Microsoft Office preferred.
• Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.
