The Role:
The Financial Analyst (FP&A) plays a critical role in supporting the company’s financial planning, forecasting, reporting and business performance analysis. This position partners with cross functional leaders across Sales, Marketing, Operations and Supply Chain to deliver actional insights that drive profitable growth and informed decision making. The ideal candidate is highly analytical, detail oriented and thrives in a fast paced environment.
What You Will Do:
- Support the annual budget, forecasts and long-range planning processes
- Develop and maintain financial models to evaluate revenue, gross margin, operating expenses, contribution and profitability
- Partner with business leaders to understand the assumptions, risks and opportunities impacting financial performance
- Track and report key financial and operational performance metrics.
- Prepare monthly financial reports, variance analyses and management presentations
- Analyze actual results against budget, forecast and prior year performance
- Identify, analyze, and prioritize process improvement opportunities
- Develop expert knowledge with the ERP environment (Syspro)
- Ad-hoc analysis as needed

What You Will Bring:
- Demonstrated analytical and complex problem-solving abilities
- Strong user of Microsoft analytical and database tools, including Excel, Access and SQL
- Demonstrated financial modeling expertise
- Prior experience successfully implementing best practices
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Self-motivated and possess strong business acumen
- Detail-oriented and ability to manage multiple tasks within established deadlines
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
- 3-5 years in relevant analytical roles in Finance
- Relevant experience in a range of environments including; manufacturing, consumer packaging, retail distribution, multi-brand, multi-division, extensive product portfolios, international, Healthcare products
Compensation Range:
$75,000-$90,000
Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by job related skills, experience, location, and relevant education or training.
