Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, Data Analytics, or a related field.
2-4 years of professional experience in financial analysis, accounting, auditing, supply chain analysis, or a related analytical role.
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, and data analysis functions.
Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Experience working with large datasets and identifying discrepancies or trends.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar platforms).
Background in supplier recovery, procurement analysis, or manufacturing finance.
Familiarity with financial auditing processes and controls.
Experience creating dashboards or data visualizations using Power BI or similar tools.
