Pride Health is hiring a Financial Analyst to support our client's healthcare facility in Tulsa, OK
Job Details:
Schedule: Mon to Fri 8:00am - 5:00pm
Location: Tulsa, OK
Float / Coverage Area:
Job Type: Permanent
Contract Length: 12+Month
*Pay offered is based on experience, expertise, credentialing, and education.
Duties:

Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
5–7 years of related experience in financial analysis or financial systems.
Strong experience with:
- Budget preparation and analysis
- Financial reporting
- Variance analysis
- Actual-to-budget analysis
- General ledger reconciliations
- Journal entries
- Month-end/financial close
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including the ability to develop and utilize PC-based spreadsheets.
Ability to analyze complex financial information and make recommendations to leadership.
Strong attention to detail and understanding of financial processes.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently exercise sound judgment.
