Please highlight this relevant experience in resume.Essential Responsibilities:

• Supports transformation and operational activities for the OC, statutory accounting and reporting & Tax preparation & filing in Country, for the Region assigned, driving completion of the statutory accounts, stat to gap and stat to tax calculations, among others in a timely manner.
• Map and ensure alignment for stat and tax entity owner responsibilities for the country included in the Map 020.30 and the related SOP
• Meet with all local requirements and participate in the adoption of any new Stat or Tax regulations
• Coordinate with the different Biz part of the Shared LE to obtain Financial and Tax data to be consolidated with other Shared LE components in order to prepare consolidated Financial & tax information to be provided to PWC.
• Represent Client (together with PwC) within Tax authorities in case of tax inspection or queries related to the shared LE
• Manages the relationship with the external auditors, Tax advisor and regulatory bodies in Country.
• Audit support and management as it relates to CIT, VAT and WHT
• Leads on the preparation and produce the audited FS, in a timely an accurate manner, learning from previous years' audits.
• Seek for areas to improve, both the Statutory Reporting process, external audit, Tax preparation, Tax audits.
• Ensure fulfillment of all local obligations from a statutory perspective.
• Preparation and review of CIT, VAT, WHT and all other tax obligations as well as tax specific matters, with timely and clear information, as well as any back up required.
• Represent Client (together with PwC) within Tax authorities in case of tax inspection or queries related to the shared LE
• Complete all e-compliance task, ensuring accurate information.
• Cost control champion, to drive cost reduction on Corporate/Global Ops operations.
• Acts as an enthusiastic, positive and motivated role model for stat team.
• Support all business initiative on new deals and operations, sharing knowledge and practices regarding local operation.Role Summary/Purpose:

Responsible for leading OC, Statutory & Tax accounting and compliance in the country for the Shared, Corporate and Biz Legal Entities. Deal and coordinate Tax preparation & filing (PwC), ensuring fulfilment of all local requirements & obligations, including the preparation of stat to gap and stat to tax calculations. Improve and maintain standard process, coordinate proper procedures to obtain audited Financial Statements on the required dates. Manage the Stat & Tax team engagement for results.Qualifications/Requirements:

• Finance Education Bachelor's degree or other relevant qualification
• CPA Qualified Accountant.
• 10+ years operational accounting experience
• Experience in tax especially CIT and VAT an assetDesired Characteristics
• Experience preparing financial statements in either Big 4 firms or Business environment.
• Good understanding of Financial Systems and Strong Project Management Experience.
