What You’ll Do

* Structure and finalize finance and lease transactions
* Present financing options and protection products with professionalism and transparency
* Maximize finance and insurance income while maintaining exceptional customer satisfaction
* Build strong relationships with lenders to secure approvals and competitive financing
* Maintain complete compliance with all federal, state, manufacturer, and lender regulations
* Ensure every deal is accurate, complete, and funded efficiently
* Present service contracts, GAP, vehicle protection products, Credit Life, and Accident & Health products
* Maintain expert knowledge of lender programs, leasing, balloon financing, and interest rate options
* Support and coach the sales team on finance processes and customer experience
* Deliver a seamless, world-class delivery experience for every customer

The ideal candidate will have:

* Minimum 3 years of successful automotive F&I management experience
* Consistent history of strong production and product penetration
* Excellent closing, presentation, and relationship-building skills
* Thorough understanding of compliance and regulatory requirements
* Experience with Reynolds, RouteOne, Dealertrack, and other dealership management systems preferred
* High level of professionalism, integrity, and attention to detail
* Customer-first mindset with outstanding CSI performance
* Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
