Treasury & Trade Finance Manager

Purpose

As a Treasury & Trade finance Manager, you will play a key role in supporting IDEMIA Public Security global growth by ensuring efficient funding, optimizing liquidity, and managing financial risks. Partnering with business and finance teams across the organization, you will deliver strategic treasury and trade finance solutions that safeguard the company's financial assets and enable sustainable business success.

Key Missions

• Maintains and develops relationships with financial institutions and rating agencies, selects banking partners, and negotiates credit lines/facilities
• Develop and implement SLAs with the business operations to ensure proper management of Trade Finance activities
• Support business operations with all activities related to Bank Guarantees, letter of credits, FX Hedging analysis and other requirements related to Trade Finance
• Provides Division with the financial resources (capital and debt) needed to properly operate and develop the Business
• Determines the company financing needs, analyzes the macro-economic environment, and defines the financing strategy in relation to Trade Finance
• Manages and mitigates financial risks associated with interest rates, foreign exchange exposure, and counterpart
• Provides financial advice and support in the structuring and execution of bids
• Defines the cash management strategy, policies, processes, and systems, and ensures the proper roll-out throughout the Division
• Support managing cash pooling activities and forecast inflows and outflows
• Support optimizing investments of cash surplus if required
• Prepares reports on cash, net debt, exposures, and internal control
• Performs non-processed activities (ex: inter-company financing), when required
• Drives Treasury activities at a regional and global level
• Contributes to the organization Treasury strategy

Profile & Other Information

• Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field  
• 5+ years of experience in Treasury and Trade Finance
• Experience with banking relationships, cash forecasting, liquidity management, FX, and Trade Finance
• Kyriba experience preferred; GTC knowledge is a plus
• Understanding of US GAAP, IFRS, and tax principles is an advantage
• Fluent in English and French, with the ability to collaborate effectively in an international environment
• Independent, proactive, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, global matrix environment
• Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills with a practical, risk-based approach
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate across functions and seniority levels
• Strong attention to detail and experience driving cross-functional process improvements
• Results-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines
