Role Summary As an Automotive Finance Manager, you will play a pivotal role in creating seamless, positive experiences for our customers. You’ll expertly guide them through the financing process, present tailored products that enhance their vehicle ownership journey, and ensure every transaction is handled with professionalism, integrity, and care.

Key Responsibilities
Structure deals to maximize profitability while maintaining strong collectability
Demonstrate full proficiency with title laws and vehicle registration processes
Maintain all required certifications and stay current with industry standards
Accurately desk deals, submit to lenders, make sound credit decisions, and close transactions effectively
Ensure full compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations
Prepare contracts, complete paperwork, and deliver vehicles to satisfied customers
Audit team deals post-sale for accuracy and completeness
Prepare and submit deal packages to lenders promptly to ensure timely funding
Qualifications
College degree preferred or equivalent relevant experience
Minimum of 3 years of automotive finance or F&I experience
In-depth knowledge of dealership finance and insurance procedures
Professional appearance and a customer-first mindset
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, dealership software, and internet applications
Exceptional verbal and written communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Proven ability to close deals with confidence and integrity
Valid driver’s license
Must pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
