Finance Manager

Job Title: Finance Manager- Corporate                                                                  FLSA Status: Exempt

Job Overview

The Corporate Finance Manager is a high-impact individual contributor responsible for owning some of the most visible and detail-intensive workstreams in the finance organization, including management and board reporting support, the corporate budget, financial model maintenance, and company-wide analysis.

Job Responsibilities

• Support the preparation of monthly management and board-level reporting packages, ensuring materials are clean, accurate, and internally consistent before reaching senior leadership
• Ensure all deliverables are thoroughly tied out across schedules, models, and presentations
• Own the corporate budget at a detailed level, including vendor-level expense tracking and labor cost management across departments
• Partner with department leaders to monitor spending, explain variances, and drive budget accountability
• Prepare monthly budget-to-actual reporting with clear variance commentary for senior leadership
• Maintain certain corporate financial models, including inflation and others as the business evolves
• Perform ad hoc analyses at the request of senior management
• Support the reforecast and annual budget processes, including model updates, cross-functional and cross-BU coordination, and consolidated outputs
• Other duties, as assigned.

Education – Experience Required

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; CPA strongly preferred, MBA a plus
• 4-6+ years of experience in transaction advisory, public accounting, or financial analysis; Big 4 background and familiarity with a PE-backed environment strongly preferred
• Exceptional attention to detail
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills; Hyperion EPBCS experience a plus
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to synthesize complex information into clear narratives
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver under tight deadlines
• Genuine interest in AI and emerging technology; comfort experimenting with tools like Claude and thinking creatively about how they apply to financial analysis, reporting, and workflow efficiency
