How You’ll Make an Impact

Lead Accounting & Financial ReportingEnsure accurate and timely execution of daily, monthly, quarterly, and annual accounting processes.Own the Month-End ClosePerform month-end close and prepare workpaper packages, ensuring clarity, accuracy, and readiness for review.Monitor Financial PerformanceAnalyze gross profit, WIP, and overhead against budgets and expectations to identify trends and opportunities.Partner with OperationsSupport job cost updates, contract administration, and ongoing financial insights that help teams make better decisions in real time.Establish Strong Communication RhythmsBuild consistent touchpoints with operations teams to review performance, share insights, and proactively address challenges.Deliver Actionable InsightsUse analytical tools and financial expertise to translate data into clear, meaningful business recommendations.Support Risk & Compliance EffortsCoordinate with Risk Management on claims and support audits, CPA reviews, and other financial examinations.Contribute to Team SuccessSupport the development and coordination of accounting team activities, helping maintain strong performance and accountability.
