Producers Midstream Management LLC is a private equity backed midstream service provider based in Dallas, TX. 
SUMMARY 
The Director of Tax role is knowledgeable and detail-oriented with experience in the oil and gas (preferably midstream) industry, specifically with Federal, State and Local tax compliance for complex partnership entities in multi-company enterprises.  Experience with Texas, Oklahoma and New Mexico is helpful.  This position will serve as the primary point of contact between the company and its third-party tax preparers to ascertain compliance with all applicable laws and regulations and will serve as the company’s interface with its shareholders for all matters related to tax. This is a part-time, hybrid position and may be based out of either the Dallas or Houston office.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Partnership and Shareholder Tax Reporting 
Tax Accounting, Documentation, and Controls 
Tax Planning, Advisory, and Process Improvement   
Tax Notices, Audits, and Other Responsibilities
