As part of our Finance Hub, the FP&A Supply Chain Corporate team ensures the integrity, transparency, and efficiency of key financial processes that enable the entire system to thrive. In this role, you will contribute to accurate product costing and pricing processes, delivering insights that support innovation and operational excellence across multiple regions. By leveraging your analytical expertise and digital fluency, you will help optimize supply chain transparency, standardize processes, and build efficiencies that support growth across emerging and established markets. What You will do for us Prepare, release, and maintain product standard costs and related SAP master data for new product launches or reformulations for assigned plant locations, ensuring accurate and timely communication to stakeholders. Execute re‑costing of materials based on Bill of Material changes, analyzing cost impacts and validating results for assigned plants. Lead Pricing and Purchase Price Variance (PPV) processes for assigned locations, collaborating with stakeholders to ensure pricing compliance and accuracy. Oversee daily deliverables from third‑party service providers for pricing and accounting tasks, validating work against internal controls and corrective action standards. Serve as the primary point of contact for costing and pricing escalations, applying a broad perspective to resolve complex issues. Coordinate internal and external audit requirements relating to costing, revenue, and volume reporting, maintaining proper documentation and compliance standards. Promote consistent application of global standards and best practices in cost and pricing management, partnering with regional teams for continuous improvements. Reconcile and monitor Cost of Goods Sold clearing account balances for timely recognition of financial results. Drive process optimization by identifying opportunities for enhancement, preparing performance metrics, and facilitating alignment across teams. Act as finance subject‑matter contributor on global initiatives such as S/4HANA deployments and other supply chain transformations, ensuring finance requirements are effectively represented. Requirements and Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; equivalent practical experience accepted. Minimum of 5 years’ progressive experience in finance, accounting, or supply chain costing roles. Professional accounting designation (CIMA, ACCA, or equivalent) preferred. Proven proficiency in SAP or similar integrated manufacturing systems. Strong digital and data literacy, including the ability to leverage analytics for decision support and process efficiency. Fluency in English; additional languages such as Spanish and Portuguese are advantageous. Ability to build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and manage external service provider performance. Demonstrated growth mindset with experience in driving process improvements and embracing transformation initiatives. Skilled in managing competing priorities, analyzing complex data, and applying problem‑solving to supply chain challenges.
