The Role

We are seeking a highly analytical and technically skilled FP&A Analyst to join our Global ARR team. This role will play a critical part in the analysis, reporting, governance, and interpretation of Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR). The successful candidate will help explain the drivers behind ARR movements, support Executive and Board-level reporting, and develop business insights that improve understanding of growth, retention, churn, cloud migration, and customer performance. In addition, the role will be responsible for developing and enhancing Power BI reporting solutions, ensuring stakeholders have access to accurate, insightful, and visually compelling recurring revenue analytics. This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially minded finance professional with strong analytical capabilities, SaaS metrics expertise, and business intelligence skills.

Key Responsibilities

• ARR Reporting & Analysis
  • Support the monthly Global ARR reporting process.
  • Analyse ARR movements and identify the key drivers of growth and decline.
  • Produce ARR bridges and movement analysis by region, segment, product, customer cohort, and business unit.
  • Develop meaningful insights and recommendations from complex ARR datasets.
  • Help identify commercial trends, risks, and opportunities.
  • Support reconciliation analysis between ARR and Software Revenue.
• Data Quality, Governance & Process Improvement
  • Support governance and consistency of ARR reporting methodologies.
  • Investigate data quality issues and perform root cause analysis.
  • Validate reporting outputs and ensure data integrity across reporting systems.
  • Work with Finance Systems, Revenue Operations and Business Intelligence teams to improve ARR reporting processes.
  • Identify opportunities for automation and reporting efficiency improvements.
• Power BI Development & Reporting
  • Develop, maintain, and enhance Global ARR Power BI dashboards.
  • Build new visualisations and KPI reporting solutions.
  • Create intuitive executive-facing dashboards that simplify complex datasets.
  • Design and maintain DAX measures, calculated fields, and data models.
  • Improve dashboard performance, usability, and automation.
  • Translate stakeholder reporting requirements into effective dashboard solutions.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years' experience in FP&A, Commercial Finance, Revenue Operations, Data Analytics or Business Intelligence.
• Experience within a Software, SaaS, Subscription or Technology business preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to analyse large datasets and identify actionable insights.
• Experience developing dashboards and reports using Power BI.
• A persistent nature and a willingness to understand and overcome operational challenges/obstacles.
• Ability to understand processes and challenges and effectively communicate internally.
• Ability to understand internal processes and navigate effectively.
• Previous experience in a multinational technology company would be an advantage.
