Meet the team 
We are improving our Risk and Compliance activity, following the appointments of a Chief Risk and Compliance Officer and Head of Compliance. Risk & Compliance is responsible for safeguarding the organisation in relation to risks that may derail it from its strategic objectives. This involves design and implementation of the second line risk and compliance frameworks to support RTÉ in identifying, assessing, mitigating and reporting on these risks through its governance and Board Committees.
Reporting to the Head of Compliance, we are looking for a Compliance Manager to operate a dynamic and diverse role and support in designing and implementing the Compliance Framework and its associated policies and procedures, as well as leading in reporting and providing assurance to the Head of Compliance demonstrating RTÉ is compliant and is operating within its compliance risk appetite.

This appointment will be made at a Department Manager Grade 2 salary scale grade and is being offered on an ongoing contract basis. The salary scale for this grade is from €73,694 to €103,368  gross per annum.
