The role will act as the lead resource for all matters relating to compensation, with an emphasis in broad-based and sales comp.What You’ll DoWork with our Compensation Business Partner team, Talent Acquisition team, and HRBPs to advise and influence business leaders in compensation strategy, programs and issues while balancing business acumen, reward expertise and relationship skills.Drive identification, assessment and execution of ongoing compensation process improvement - Work with cross-functional teams and leadership to understand business goals and recommend/implement new approaches, policies and processes to effect continual improvements in compensation programsCollaborate with Compensation Analytics & Design in the execution and delivery of Uber’s compensation programs.ExperienceBroad-based Compensation experience6+ YearsSales Compensation experience3+ YearsWork experienceAbility to present complex concepts and analysis into simple, compelling recommendations.Engage with senior management in Sales and TAProcess improvement and project managementCompensation benchmarkingIndustry BackgroundProven track record in a fast-paced, high-growth technology environment (SaaS, marketplace platforms, or on-demand logistics/food delivery experience is a major plus).Technical SkillsAdvanced data modeling skills (Excel/Google Sheets).
