RESPONSIBILITIES Support the development of the Europe Area business narrative in preparation for LBE and LRP cycles, with a primary focus on Oncology. Analyze Oncology sales forecasts to support executive reviews, strategic planning discussions, commercial model assessments, and trendline analyses. Connection with Oncology community cascading relevant information from Area & Global. Support the development and delivery of insights from newly launched online commercial models, leveraging AI capabilities across the portfolio. Actively contribute to and champion AI development initiatives within the Europe team. Deliver accurate, timely, and actionable ad hoc analyses to the direct manager and broader Europe team. Minimum 3-4 years of experience in finance/accounting with evident success Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office (i.e. Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Knowledge of BPC, SAP, Power BI and JDA considered an asset Proficiency with AI capabilities, demonstrated through regular and effective use of AI tools in a professional work environment. Excellent interpersonal skills. Excellent level of English (verbal & written) Ability to operate effectively in an international, cross-functional environment, building strong partnerships with Commercial, Medical, and Global teams. Analytical, proactive, and solution-oriented mindset, with a strong commitment to continuous improvement and the use of AI. Ability to learn quickly, work independently under tight deadlines, and deliver results.
