Title: CFO    Location: Harlem, NY Position Type: Full TimeCompensation Pay Range:$275,000 -$350,000 Per YearDescription Join our team in a dynamic role based in Harlem, NY. As a full-time financial leader, you'll oversee financial operations, manage strategic objectives, and collaborate with executive teams. The position requires strong analytical skills and proficiency in financial systems.Key Responsibilities Coordinate financial functions across departments including development, operations, and risk management. Lead negotiations and communications with financial institutions. Oversee transactional accounting areas and manage the financial close process. Collaborate with project management teams to generate financial forecasts and reports. Ensure timely preparation of tax-related issues and filings.Qualifications BA/BS Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; MBA, MS, or CPA is desirable. Minimum of 15 years of related experience in construction accounting. Experience in public accounting and managing accounting staff. Strong communication and team-building skills.
