This opportunity is with a well -established dealership group in the greater Omaha market. <\/p>What You'll Do<\/u><\/b><\/span><\/span>
<\/div>

• Lead and develop a high performing F&I department focused on profitability, compliance, and customer satisfaction<\/span><\/span>
  <\/span><\/li>
• Recruit, coach, mentor, and hold Finance Managers accountable for performance<\/span><\/span>
  <\/span><\/li>
• Drive department productivity while maintaining ethical and compliant business practices<\/span><\/span>
  <\/span><\/li>
• Manage all aspects of dealership finance operations including lender approvals, funding, documentation, and product sales<\/span><\/span>
  <\/span><\/li>
• Build and maintain strong relationships with banks, credit unions, and lending partners<\/span><\/span>
  <\/span><\/li>
• Partner with dealership leadership to improve F&I performance and overall dealership profitability<\/span><\/span>
  <\/span><\/li>
• Monitor key performance metrics including PVR, product penetrations, funding, and chargebacks<\/span><\/span>
  <\/span><\/li>
• Ensure compliance with all federal, state, lender, and dealership requirements<\/span><\/span>
  <\/span><\/li>
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience through transparent and professional processes<\/span><\/span>

  Requirements<\/h3>

  What We're Looking For<\/u><\/b><\/span><\/span>
  <\/p>

  • Three or more years of successful automotive F&I experience<\/span><\/span>
    <\/span><\/li>
  • Previous Finance Director or proven leadership experience strongly preferred<\/span><\/span>
    <\/span><\/li>
  • Demonstrated success managing and developing teams<\/span><\/span>
    <\/span><\/li>
  • Strong lender relationships and deep knowledge of automotive lending<\/span><\/span>
    <\/span><\/li>
  • Proven record of maximizing F&I profitability while maintaining compliance<\/span><\/span>
    <\/span><\/li>
  • Strong knowledge of menu selling, compliance, and dealership operations<\/span><\/span>
    <\/span><\/li>
  • Experience with dealership technology platforms<\/span><\/span>
    <\/span><\/li>
  • Outstanding leadership, communication, organization, and problem solving skills<\/span><\/span>
    <\/span><\/li>
