Finance Director, Planning & Growth Finance at a glance….

The Director, Planning & Growth Finance leads long-range financial planning and the CAPEX growth finance agenda for North America, partnering with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to translate the Region business priorities into integrated long-range and annual financial plans. This individual leads the long-range financial planning process and provides financial leadership across CAPEX growth investments and capital allocation. The role is responsible for setting targets, guiding resource allocation, building the full North America Region P&L, evaluating business and planning choices, and delivering clear insights and recommendations that improve decision-making and support sustainable growth. This individual also leads a team and serves as a trusted finance partner across the organization.

New Hire Base Salary Range:

$190,300.00 - $237,900.00

Bonus: This position is eligible for a performance-based bonus as provided by the plan terms and governing documents.

The compensation offered will take into account internal equity and may vary depending on the candidate's geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors

Long-Term Incentive (LTI): In addition to base salary and bonus, this role is eligible for additional compensation in the form of equity.
