How You’ll Make an Impact

• Strategic Financial Ownership: Lead all accounting operations, ensuring precise monthly closings and OEM financial reporting across our 3 luxury franchises.
• Inspire & Elevate: Mentor and lead our dealership office team, building a collaborative culture centered on accuracy, transparency, and personal growth.
• Protect & Optimize: Maintain bulletproof internal controls, oversee cash flow, manage floor plans, and optimize contracts-in-transit.
• Operational Partnership: Collaborate directly with Sales, Service, and Parts Directors to analyze performance metrics, spot opportunities, and plug profit leaks.
• Year-End & Audit Leadership: Direct annual tax preparation, coordinate external audits, and keep our financial house in top-tier shape.

What We’re Looking For

• Automotive Financial Expertise: Proven experience as an Automotive Dealership Controller (multi-brand or multi-location experience preferred; luxury experience is a major plus).
• Tech-Savvy Leadership: Mastery of major Automotive DMS platforms (CDK, Reynolds & Reynolds, or Dealertrack) and advanced Excel skills.
• Strong Accounting Foundation: Deep mastery of dealership accounting schedules, OEM reporting standards, cash management, and payroll compliance.
• Executive Presence: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to lead with clarity, confidence, and warmth.
