HornBill has a client in search of an Accounts Receivable Representative in Wilmington, Massachusetts (MA). Responsibilities:
- Review reports to ensure collection of aged receivables
- Initiate outbound phone calls and/or emails for past due accounts that are past due
- Responsible for the follow through on pay and pay arrangements
- Keep management updated on accounts that require additional assistance in resolving
- Process and post payments and write off uncollectable dollars
- Associate's degree and/or 2+ years of collection experience required
- Exceptional communication skills
- Strong negotiation skills
- Proficient with Microsoft Office products, primarily Excel and Word
- Excellent customer service skills
