Accounts Receivable

 Energy Spray Systems is seeking a full-time Accounts Receivable team member!
We are looking for the someone with experience of Administrative Support with experience in the construction industry.
The ideal candidate possesses a positive team player attitude, is proactive, organized, and can multi-task in the performance of various duties.
Candidate must have strong organizational and interactive skills with the ability to effectively communicate with all levels within the organization and its clients.
The role is ideal for someone who's hands-on, takes pride in doing great work, moves quickly when needed, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and pays close attention to the details.
This is a full-time position providing administrative support . It is a busy role which requires a strong sense of organization, order, and communication.
Duties and Responsibilities will include but are not limited to the following. 

• Acting as a point of contact for customers, clients or suppliers via email, over the phone or in person
• Creating and managing documents, spreadsheets
• Request & manage project specific Preliminary Notices
• Request & manage project specific Certificates of Insurance​​​​
• Conduct data entry
• Track Monthly Bids and Securals
• Project Set Ups in multiple software systems
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
• Maintain files of working documents, including resolution paperwork.
• Follow directions for task given and perform duties as assigned.

Schedule 

• Full Time (8-hour shift)
• Monday to Friday 
• In Office
