Plaza Motors in St. Louis is seeking an experienced Accounts Receivable Clerk who can add immediate value to our team. Automotive/dealership experience is highly desirable.

Summary:
As an Accounts Receivable Clerk, you will provide support in maintaining accounting records with data entry, book keeping and other general accounting functions.
Essential Duties:
- Compiles and sorts documents such as invoices and checks
- Maintains accounts receivable/reconciliations
- Prepares and maintains vouchers, invoices, checks, account statements, reports, and other records
Qualifications:
- Two to four years of related experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience

- Dealership experience preferred
- General knowledge of basic accounting functions
- Ability to balance and reconcile financial transactions
- Proficient in all Microsoft programs; computer software, internet proficiency and general mathematic skills
