Pay Rate: $19.00–$21.05/hour, paid weekly
Location: onsite, Dunmore, PA 18512
Contract Duration: 6+ months, plus
Summary The Accounts Receivable Associate supports daily financial processing, reconciliation, and administrative operations. This position is responsible for reconciling transactions, researching and resolving check-related issues, processing deposits, maintaining accurate financial records, and assisting with general banking and administrative tasks.
The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, comfortable working with financial information, and proficient with Microsoft Office.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform daily financial reconciliations.
- Research and resolve problem checks and payment discrepancies.
- Correct proofing and transaction-processing errors.
- Prepare and process bank deposits.
- Contact shippers regarding checks that cannot be processed.
- Process incoming and outgoing mail.
- Perform accurate and timely data entry.
- Prepare correspondence and other documentation as needed.
- Process forms and maintain organized, accurate records.
- Assist with additional financial, administrative, and operational duties as assigned.
Qualifications & Skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Intermediate to advanced computer skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Ability to organize and manage multiple daily priorities.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to identify and resolve processing discrepancies.
- Ability to work accurately with financial transactions, checks, deposits, and reconciliation activities.
