Pinchin is seeking an Accounts Payable Coordinator to join our Finance & Administration team in Mississauga. The role reports to the Accounting Manager.
Role Overview:
As an Accounts Payable Coordinator, you will support the day-to-day financial operations of the business by processing transactions, maintaining accurate records, and assisting with vendor payments. Working closely with internal teams, you will help ensure smooth administrative processes, contribute to operational efficiency, and support the delivery of high-quality financial services in a collaborative environment.
Your Role and Action
- Process supplier invoices and payment information accurately and efficiently
- Maintain organized records and ensure compliance with company policies
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve discrepancies and support smooth operations
