Accounts Payable Clerk

OBJECTIVE
In a positive and cheerful manner, support and work alongside the AP team to assure the continued good credit standing of PCLI by processing accounts payable in a timely and appropriate manner. Develop and maintain harmonious working relationships with all PCLI staff and vendors.
REPORTS TO
Finance Director
STATUS
3/4 Time (30-39 hours per week)
SCHEDULE
Monday through Thursday, 8:00am-5:00pm, Friday 8:00 am-1:00 pm
REQUIRED SKILLS
- Accounts Payable/Accounting experience is preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Computer skills proficient in Excel and Word; prior experience with computer accounting software
- Basic accounting skills
- Team-player qualities, including: Positive, cooperative attitude
- Willingness to go the extra mile
- Discretion
- Production-oriented
PHYSICAL ABILITIES
- Able to sit for extended periods of time
- Reach and stoop to file levels
- Answer telephone
- Operate PC using keyboard
- Good vision for close work with numbers
