We’re looking for an Accounts Payable Clerk to join our team. In this role, you will support the accounting department by managing vendor invoices, ensuring accurate payments, and maintaining organized financial records. Your attention to detail, consistency, and reliability will help keep our operations running smoothly while upholding the company’s commitment to excellence.

Qualifications
What makes you stand out?

You have prior experience in accounts payable or general accounting

You are proficient in Microsoft Office and QuickBooks or similar accounting software

You are detail-oriented, organized, and capable of handling multiple tasks with accuracy

You communicate clearly and maintain professionalism in all interactions with vendors and staff

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Reviewing, coding, and processing vendor invoices and statements accurately and promptly

Reconciling accounts payable transactions and resolving any discrepancies

Preparing and processing payments, ensuring all approvals and documentation are in place

Maintaining organized vendor files and accurate accounting records

Assisting with month-end closing and reporting tasks

Supporting the onboarding of new vendors by obtaining proper documentation

Communicating with vendors and internal departments to resolve invoice or payment issues
