HRW Companies is seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Accounts Payable Clerk to join our growing finance team. If you enjoy working with numbers, staying organized, and ensuring invoices are processed accurately and on time, we'd love to hear from you!

As an Accounts Payable Clerk, you'll play an essential role in supporting our healthcare facilities by maintaining accurate financial records and ensuring vendors are paid promptly.

What You'll Do

• Process vendor invoices accurately and efficiently.
• Verify invoices, purchase orders, and supporting documentation.
• Prepare and process weekly check runs and electronic payments.
• Reconcile vendor statements and resolve billing discrepancies.
• Maintain organized accounts payable records and electronic files.
• Communicate professionally with vendors and facility staff regarding invoice questions and payment status.
• Assist with month-end closing procedures and financial reporting.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting procedures.
• Perform other accounting and administrative duties as assigned.

What We're Looking For

• High school diploma or GED required; associate's degree in accounting or business preferred.
• Previous accounts payable, bookkeeping, or accounting experience preferred.
• Experience with accounting software (QuickBooks experience is a plus).
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive financial information.
