Accounts Payable Clerk

We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Accounts Payable to join our team. This position is responsible for ensuring the accurate and timely processing of accounts payable transactions while maintaining compliance with company policies and internal controls. The Accounts Payable will work closely with internal departments and external vendors to support efficient financial operations. Primary responsibilities include:

• Perform general accounting support and clerical duties as assigned.

·         Prepare accounts payable vouchers, perform three-way match, reconcile accounts, and prepare reports.

·         Process accounts payable payments and manage filing.

·         Perform vendor reconciliations and resolve discrepancies and issues. 

·         Support the month-end and year-end close processes and audits.

·         Support various ad hoc reports and projects.

·         Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate financial data.

·         Perform other duties as assigned.

The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

·         Associate degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

·         1-2 years of Accounts Payable experience.

·         Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other Office applications.

·         Excellent communication skills, organizational skills, and problem-solving skills.

·         Ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

·         Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

·         Knowledge of basic accounting principles and practices.

·         Fluent in both English and Chinese.
