This role will work closely with finance leadership, accounting team members, and operational stakeholders to ensure accurate project and financial reporting.
The Accounting Manager will initially supervise a staff-level accounting team member, with the opportunity for broader team leadership over time. This is a great fit for someone who enjoys being hands-on while also mentoring others, improving processes, and supporting a growing business.

Support construction billing processes, including AIA billing, progress billing, schedule of values, change orders, and contract billing.
Partner with project managers and finance leadership to review project performance, budget-to-actual results, and cost-to-complete analysis.
Support percentage-of-completion revenue recognition and related reporting.
Assist with external audits, internal reviews, and parent-company reporting requirements.
Mentor and supervise accounting staff while helping strengthen accounting processes and controls.
