Accounting Manager / Controller

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day accounting activity, including AR, AP, and general ledger accounting.
- Lead or support the monthly close process and related account reconciliations.
- Prepare, review, and maintain WIP schedules and construction-related accounting reports.
- Support project/job cost accounting and related financial analysis.
- Help strengthen accounting processes, controls, reporting, and ERP utilization.
- Work closely with leadership to provide timely and accurate financial information.
- Assist CFO with special projects, including supporting setup and accounting for potential new or revised legal entities.

- Strong construction accounting experience required.
- Experience with WIP accounting, job costing and month-end close required.
- Prior Accounting Manager, Controller, Senior Accountant, or similar hands-on accounting leadership experience.
- Experience with team restructuring and multi-entity consolidation accounting strongly preferred.
- Acumatica experience preferred; NetSuite, Sage Intacct, or similar ERP experience acceptable.
- Ability to work onsite daily in Mt. Juliet, TN.
- Available to commit to at least 90 days, with openness to a potential permanent opportunity.
